Teacher Coaching

DEFINITION

Coaching Is a non evaluative, learning relationship between a professional developer and a teacher, both of whom share the expressed goal of learning together, thereby improving instruction and student achievement. There are many variants of coaching methods but typically involve an outside person working with a teacher on a specific set of skills.
